Leaf Change

– Virtual Paper

"Leaf Change" is an interactive Virtual Paper focusing on the 2015 Paris Climate Agreement. The 3D website allows users to freely explore a digital space and discover the content in a playful way. Through its innovative design and vivid presentation, complex information is conveyed clearly, sparking interest and encouraging engagement with the material.

Exploring the Paris Climate Agreement

Typo Sculptures

To convey the content, five typo sculptures were created. Each sculpture symbolically represents an article of the agreement and makes its core message spatially tangible. At the center is Article 2, which contains the key objectives of the Paris Climate Agreement. It is accessible from all sculptures and forms the centerpiece of the installation. Key terms are displayed on the surfaces of the typo sculptures, making the main points visible and providing initial orientation. The full text of each article is additionally placed around the respective sculpture, integrated typographically into its form. This design concept allows users to grasp the essential content at a glance and then explore the text in more depth.

Spatial Layout

In addition to the typo sculptures, signposts and lines on the floor provide better orientation and connect the sculptures. The signposts indicate to visitors which article the suggested path leads to.

The project was developed using the A-Frame framework and Adobe Illustrator. A-Frame enables the display of 3D objects and virtual realities directly in the web browser, providing the technical foundation for the presentation.
